The following outlines typical surrogacy costs and expenses. Please keep in mind that these are estimates and actual amounts may be more or less than shown here.
We would like to make this journey enjoyable, quick and cost efficient for you. The industry is inundated with large companies making a lot of money off of indented parent(s) letdowns. We do things differently: we get paid when you succeed. Simple. Most surrogacy agencies charge $15-20k up front to work with parents. Some of them only help for 6-12 months and the money is non-refundable.
The total $15k needs to be deposited into escrow upon signing of agency agreement. (Additional terms and details regarding rematch, additional cycles and cancelations are available in the agency agreement.)
All medical expenses will be estimated by your clinic and IVF doctor. These expenses will be paid directly by you to the medical facility. These expenses will vary depending on the clinic. Our agency will assist you in finding the right clinic and will help you understand the costs. Some of these expenses include:
Intended parent(s) will be responsible for all legal fees for you, egg donor and surrogate. All legal expenses will be estimated by each attorney and paid directly to the law firm. These expenses will vary depending on the clinic. Our agency will assist you in finding the right law firm and will help you understand the costs. Some of these expenses include:
If an egg donor or surrogate is selected who resides in a city other than the clinic, travel expenses for the surrogate and egg donor will be paid by the indented parent(s). Also, all necessary travel expenses for the intended parent(s) will be paid directly by the indented parent.
Intended parent(s) will be asked to engage a surrogacy escrow company who will make all payments to surrogate and agency. Escrow fees vary. ($800-$1,500)
